Florian-uu2ux: My guess for the lower rad resistance is that rads work as health regen for gouls and would allow you regen more health to rad exposure with this perk bc its giving you more rads when exposed to the same rad source as if without the skill

arkhamcreed4326: Educated guess: lowing rad resistance is for the Ghoulish perk. It's been said that ghouls don't take rad damage by default. As such they can't use the classic perk that is their own namesake. So you'd need to lower your rad resistance in order for Ghoulish to function.

kitkami: I already have a ghoul build i have been using for a long time. Its a full health melee build with what rads and ghoulish. Im pretty much immortal when around radiation and instead of stims i just drink radiated goo. I know its not the best but it sure is fun.
Fighty_McLovingstein: I think ghouls are generally going to be geared toward melee and gunplay outside of VATS.
