luchtt: disclaimer not enough: to anyone who reads this fr do not use this as a guide to say like ''oh, so x set is better than x set in pve''.. although E tier and F tier are fairly accurate, anything higher than that is way more subjective and we also fucked up by putting some sets way too high early on like master destro etc, which have a very weirdly high rating. Some stuff is also way too low, because we did it over such a long time and we didnt rly know how we were rating them quite yet, was very vague.
