stanimir4197: rejuvenation is a very weak CP for this build, the free break-free (slippery) is much stronger, so is bloody renewal (1500stamina on kill). Due to the heavy attack (and the destro staff passive), it's next to impossible to run out of magicka (that being said the jewelry would be better off w/ 10 stam regen, too). Soloing stuff like hard modes base dungeons, vet DLCs dungeons, blackrose prison, etc. - the only part that kills is the lack of stamina to dodge/block/break-free.
Another part is - due to how off balance works, it's better off switching targets - as the build has off-balance on demand, and the splash damage of the lightning stick applies to everyone nearby but its affected by the main target's offbalance ( armor reduction)
