ACamaroGuy: I've been playing this DLC since day one. I did my scribing right away. I have my champion points in all the right places. I have only managed to find nine inks so far.
TES_Bloodline: It's hard to get them from enemies but I've been able to in the public dungeons

I've had the chapter since launch on PC. Completed all the questline, unlocked everything. Have all the gathering CP slotted....have only farmed about 15 ink the entire time in this same area. Thats spending about 3 hours a day doing nothing but farming. Something highly boring and keeping me from playing the content i actually want to play.
Congratulations on your favorable RNG, but its not normal and its not like that for everyone.

xyourdeus4972: I managed to get 7 inks in this zone with the double resource node slotted(so the real number I would've gotten was 3) but this was way better than any farming I did before. Thanks for the video
torbenkristiansen2742: Thanks for the pointers! Some ink dropped from a normal trash mob in a Delve in West Weald last night. But it only happens once every two weeks, or so. So it is on the glacial scale of things. Bordering to the plate tectonic ride. If the game is outdated in 100 years, that is a bit too slow!
NeroIsD3AD: I’ve gotten a few ink from the enemies inside the public dungeons in northern elsewhere, mostly the southern most PD with all of the goblins and ogres

- First of all: how fast does ink sell? For a million gold you would need to SELL like 25 (regarding vendor fees/taxes from trading guild). Farming 25 ink is one thing, but selling them another.
- If Bethnik works, Stros'Mkai and Khenartis Roost should also work. (Assuming there might be a rng bonus tied to the former starting islands of each alliance.)
- Artaeum might also be a very good idea: There are no monster around slowing you down but probably lots of other players farming there aswell. The area itself is small with lots of nodes.
- Never forget about craglorn. Potent Nirncrux is in the same pricerange as the ink. So having 2 rare resources from the same source (crafting nodes) also can increase your income.
- I havent checked West Weald yet, but going for a newer area and add treasure chests and/or thiefes troves to your farming route might be a decent idea.
