AmbrielTheChosen: There's a nice location for farming plans over at the Rustwall Estate as well. A bunch of Cabinets, nightstands, backpacks and desks inside the Legionary Barracks (NOT the main building). Then you can reset the instance by heading directly across the courtyard and entering the Catacombs (one backpack immediately inside the door there too
erostew: As near as I can tell it's probably on a cool down if you get a purple. But the easiest way to tell is if you get a white plan. If you get white you won't get anything else worth having for sure, so switch to an alt. I have no idea how long the actual cool down is. If you don't care about selling the plans it's probably too boring to go through all your alts though LOL
