jaredpconner: the ancient meteoric greatsword is actually held the "correct" way as you guys pointed out, the deep curve on the bottom side (as displayed in the video) acts as a cutout for your shoulder in game. also, its unironically one of the best weapons on this list, nay, in the whole game!

The greatsword isn't based on the dragon slayer its based on the sword guts uses before the dragonslayer aka right before the branding
belof449: i kinda think the metal handle is required, you probably need a strong enough one to not break with the weight you'd need to put into the swings.
