memeiki: Spice of Life: Valheim Edition is a great alternative to the hunger strike mod. It does remove the hunger bar but in addition, every food has 3 stats: duration, hp and regen. this means that you can get pretty high max health by eating foods. The foods that you've eaten also show up above your hotbar, so you can see how much duration they have left. In my modpack i also have farmers delight also downloaded so you can get morte interesting food combinations
