johndang897: Shield strike before used the ‘fast weapon art’ cancel window instead of the ‘left attack’ cancel window. Now it cant’t true combo off right weapons except colossal sword crouch pokes and maybe late hit of neutral r1 of thrust halberds. Powerstance colossal weapons crouch went from 18 frames to 15 frames, it’s really good now.

Also, back in 1.12 the Circlet of Light buffed all ring incants made by Miquella, but they missed Light of Miquella. In 1.13 they made it so that Light of Miquella gets buffed, BUT THEY REMOVED THE BUFF TO RING INCANTS

iota-09: the offhand GK nerf that was blatantly obviously trageted to the rakshasa being done to anything BUT the rakshasa got me laughing and then crying, they did GKs and swift spear so damn dirty.
seretith3513: The most frustrating part about Swift Spear is that the slow Ass recovery was the very Reason noone used it and then they went ahead and INCREASED the Recoverytime. WTF?!

wah9312: I've always disliked how slow the "Swift Spear" felt lol, it's why I never used it. The attacks themselves are kind of fast, but it takes WAY too long to chain attacks with it. If they actually made it fast and not so clunky, I'd use it more since I love it's design.
