That conglomeration of other bodies could also explain how Radagon came to be, and how marika is technically cursed by gaining power through such a terrible ritual that caused all of her children to be cursed

KodFrostwrath: Important thing to remember is that "Radagon is Marika", but they have separated wills and might have acted with separated objectives. We are told this at the very start of the game, when we see Marika shattering the Elden Ring, but Radagon trying to repair it.
