zachb8012: I gotta admit I hit a wall when I started playing the DLC. Then I rolled into a dex build and picked up a few more scadurtree fragments and it's... well it's still hard but it's less hard.
axelashes6151: Can't wait to see part 2 and watch Sam fight a boss with near-complete immunity to all forms of damage, has a 35 hit combo with narrow dodge windows, can heal itself to full at least twice and uses that annoying paralysis move the worm things use.
tommeakin1732: I think I'm the only man to be enough of a nerd to know this, but "scadu" is just "shadow/shade" in Old English, and as far as I can tell, even then it was said with more of a "sh". Later Middle English spellings of the word are often spelt "sch-", and cognates in Dutch and German show the same thing

BryantKeith: I had about 40 deaths going into the final legacy dungeon/final boss and ended up with 130 deaths. Everything in the end is just looking to absolutely crush your hip bones.
mesadrums375: If this is the last Elden Ring content for possibly up to a decade, cause this DLC is the only one they’re doing before moving onto the next game, you’d think you want it to be hard and leave us with a challenge to conquer for years to come.
punlshedsnake8210: The problem isn't that the bosses are "too hard", but rather that they are, for the most part, hard in an artificial and unfun way. Slave Knight Gael is also a tough as nails boss, without it ever feeling like the boss just decided to do a "fuck you, you die now" attack combo.
Midra is fucking GOATed tho, badass design and really fun fight
