It fits in a build that uses the dragon communion seal as the scaler for incantations.
This kind of build would primarily be arcane, but also have enough faith to use lightning incantations.

dantecoal7584: Love RGV to pieces, but it seems like whenever Hollow puts out a ranking video, it's disingenuous. The rankings might be somewhat agreeable, but they're done with so many different buffs and armor / talisman swaps that they're super misleading, not to mention that it feels like every vid he does must be on some level max character for the numbers were seeing.

Would love to see some more transparency here, or just have Cotton or Josh do the rankings, since they're already far more transparent (and much more charismatic) about... well, everything.
