D00MTR33: Id recommend adding a dagger in the left hand with sacred order AoW. It gives 10% more damage (as long as it's equipped) and it adds 25 (i think) holy damage though, I'm not sure if it's to both weapons or just the one its on. Plus it increases damage against undead so Ghost flame dragon, death birds, putrescent knight will take more damage because of it.

VesuviusH70: Godskin Swaddling Cloth synergizes very well, especially with the heavy R2s and if you want to use Malenia's Great Rune.

Two-Headed Turtle Talisman is also very good because Twinblades and this AoW really chew through stamina.
