TheUndeadHumor: FromSoft doesn't actually fix any of these bugs, they just throw in an if statement to address the specific weapon. Then the bug resurfaces with a new weapon. Godrick must be in charge of testing.

zerothree9126: The og deathblight glitch was Truly the redditor experience, anyone merely being in close proximity to you dies. It was also quick and easy to set up.

The original also worked with any status that had a weapon buff (the old glitch could be tumblebuffed) so you had people running around with mainly one other status, doing what i dubbed "Bleedblight". Yes, it's as absurd as it sounds.

Still not as broken as the Carian Retaliation bug. That one was fun.

Ephringael: Funny thing is if they had just put a flat 30 deathblight buildup on the weapon, and just made the Ash of War an an elemental damage or something, it would not only be a more consistent weapon but all the bugs could have been avoided.
