NPC_Algernon: Carian Sovereignity is slow enough that you'll almost always take damage in order to get a full charge off. You can cast at least 2 Impenetrable Thorns in the same timeframe.
l-brex9303: You missed one very important thing. Resummoning Torrent now has ok as the default option when it aks whether you want to consume a flask, no longer requiring you to press left in fights to resummon Torrent.
fishnutz5196: My faith build got a huge buff!! Euporia is so damn strong now because even without the aow the luster adds 90 holy damage per stack. Rain of Fire is amazing now and same goes for Roar of Rugalea and Divine Beast Tornado. Rotten Butterflies procs rot just as fast as Scarlet Aeonia now. And MY GOD Minor Erdtree heals very very fast. I love how they say "increase attack power" and they almost triple it

stormdragon2529: mind you the test boss for Rani of Fire was standing in Water which you get 10% extra fire resistance so against enemies weak to fire like Erd tree avatars and Plants it should melt them

Carian Sovereignty is balanced by taking aeons to charge and being a damage trade like 90% of the time, at least.

0de242: Impenetrable thorns needed a nerf, but I think nerfing either the base damage OR the bleed buildup would be enough. Nerfing both just seems kind of silly, especially since it isn't a particularly useful spell in PVP.
