Ötzi the iceman.

Simply make your character look like a caveman, use the fur set and red bear headpiece (irl Ötzi had a cap made of bear fur so that's as close as you'll get), either a smaller axe or the warpick as main weapon (with Braggards roar on and maybe frostbite), Cinquedia or bloodstained dagger as secondary weapon, a regular longbow or shortbow with only self crafted arrows and as many edible comsumables as possible for every situation imaginable.

(Also, lot's of endurance would fit as well)
