vincentfrights1690: Also for all the mages that are just using a staff and nothing else you can use the two handed talisman to get a boost in your sorcery because apparently as long as you two hand the weapon the talisman will boost the sorcery and skills attached to the weapon. This also applies to the Rakshasa armor.

arnothefox9114: You're not crazy, Vortex of Putrescence CAN double hit. Both the impact on the outer ring, and the flame in the center can hit. It either requires the enemy to be massive, or aggressive enough to get hit by the ring and then rush in.

Get right under a dragon and cast it and you will see it hit twice.
