jerryxpgaming4682: Buff stacking is just pumping up as much drugs as possible
The_unfettered_prisoner: I love the new art ranni!!
Chipsdubbo560: First off, love Ranni’s new outfit
Second off, my knowledge of buffing doesn’t extend very far. I know there were multiple types of buffs, and you can’t have multiple types of the same buff. Except I think there’s a class called unique buffs or something. Hopefully this will help me figure out how the heck to do more damage with the Giants crusher.
AlphaSeagull: My toxic trait is feeling good about myself knowing Braggart's roar was a weapon buff before watching the video
hydrus6782: I watched the video but I was so distracted by Ranni's new outfit that all of it has gone in one ear and left through the other.
Oh well. I don't use buff anyway.
Tackitt: It’s funny how sometimes Ranni breaks into a thick Irish accent
iRunKids: Watching Hosts do 3 body buffs in a row, ending with shabriri's how... I just cast the elemental def buff to override it and they don't even notice
Mz1ri: My pvp experience when I invade ppl :
Them: " flame
BJ-lt8tj: Seeing Melina with her boots off and having her dogs out during the oil yourself up section got a lil chuckle out of me
donnydark1200: Thanks for all your help. Raised my game from a C To an A
MohgTheLordOfBlood: All I hear is more buff more gooder
TheUndeadHumor: Nice thumbnail
samk366: Love the new look
AlphaSeagull: Another important tidbit to mention is that all buffs in this game stack multiplicatively, which is why people going overkill on this can even reach numbers like that. IE if you have 3 buffs that give you 100% damage, you'll end up with 8x damage instead of 4x. Even the few buffs that add a flat value to your attack instead of a percentage actually happen first in the damage calculation formula (even before motion values or defense calculation).
So if you use flaming strike or something, and it gives you 90 extra AR in fire damage, then the rest of your build gives you 400% damage in buffs, then that flaming strike is actually giving you an equivalent of 450 AR, not 90. This is important knowledge for optimizing builds regardless of whether you're doing these absurd superbuff setups or not.
A well put together PvE build will find a happy medium between no buffs and all the buffs, to a point where they can easily pump out 5000 per interaction for like 60 seconds before buffs start running out, in which the boss will usually die in the first 30s.
