My attention was caught by a movement down below. A person, running in erratic directions on the grass, a huge sword resting on one shoulder. “An intruder!”, I thought to myself, aggravated at this broken moment of tranquility. I hastened down the stairs, angrily summoning my crystal staff to my hand. “This would only take a moment,” I thought grimly.
As I exited the tower, the intruder snapped around, seeing me. “Hey!” he said in a friendly voice, one hand rising in greeting. “Oh! A wizard!” he continued, “Hey wizard!”
Further aggravated, I called upon the ethereal energies, sending a bolt of azure light arcing toward him. “Well, that’s that dealt wi… what?” I looked on in surprise as the intruder avoided the bolt by running sideways. Now apoplectic with rage, I summoned more energies into my staff, willing it to become an enormous sword of my own, one made of azure light, thrusting toward this annoying stranger. The stranger leapt into the air, completely avoiding the deadly attack. “Heheee!” he said gleefully, before ducking down, “Poke!”.
I looked down at the gaping wound in my torso, as the stranger withdrew the massive blade from my guts. “How?” I thought, numb with shock, “How could this stranger…”
I looked on, in stunned silence, as the stranger once again, leapt into the air. “All my study, the gruelling tests and practice to become a wizard… all to be murdered by this mere intruder…”
“Mmmmm bonk!” said the stranger, as cheerful as ever. The sword came sweeping down as all became night. And as the last strands of conscious life were severed, I heard two words coming as if across an infinite chasm.
“Bye wizard!”

Watching your videos and how you think about what to get and how to respond to phantoms really has helped me get better in those duels! I now only win 1 of every 10 duels I have with invaders and last more than 5 seconds
