FranklinThe1: Jev there are 3 of those finger ruins in the game and there's a questline involved to find them. You need to go to the manor from the trailer that had the guy in the chair. After that questline you gain access to a remembrance boss.

biga55lizard: Hey Jev there’s a catacomb a ways away from Bonny village, going through it takes you to a heavily wooded area, if you go through it eventually you’ll come across a huge abandoned mansion, inside is another remembrance boss. (The area also contains the last map fragment you need)

IsaacIsDead1: So you need to visit the Cathedral of Manus Metyr it’s the huge building following the wolf Forrest you pass by. Talking with the dude inside gives you an item that lets you blow up the fingers which will give you two talismans. After you get both wait till he’s not at his chair anymore and go through his chair unlocking a secret area.
