BlueShellshock: I'm still amazed they made the Rellana talisman 45%. FromSoft is often super conservative when it comes to making something genuinely strong, and they're always sticking fairly specific conditions on any talisman that adds higher than 10% damage to something, even if that condition is difficult or obnoxious. Making a charge effect that is actually not a DPS drop to fully charge and genuinely worth using is totally out of character, but totally welcome.
