mkirkpatrics: There are college football divisions. You'd be looking for FBS AKA Division I-A if you're looking for the highest level. There are also conferences that are similar to divisions in the NFL. For where you live, the team you're looking for would probably be either Penn State or Rutgers, who are both a part of the Big Ten conference and are in the FBS.

bhosk101: Jev the team you would root for in terms of being sort of competitive and plays at Lincoln Financial Field would be the Temple Owls. The college is located in Philly so they are the closest team to the eagles. However if you want to like a team who is highly competitive would be Pennsylvania State Nittany Lions. It’s kinda your choice both are located in the New jersey/Pennsylvania area. Hope this helps I love you
