W4F: this series is what's keeping me alive ngl
THEW0LFB0Y: Promised Consort Radahn makes Starscourge Radahn look like a literal cakewalk. It's insane
eljm4eshd: Hey jev, loving the series so far. You should get two key items to boost your damage if you stick with poison.
KINDRED OF ROT'S EXULTATION: Raises attack power by 20% for 20 seconds when Poisoning or Rot occurs in the vicinity. Dropped by the Kindred of Rot in Seethewater Cave.
MUSHROOM CROWN: Increases damage by 10% for 20 seconds after you or an enemy suffer Poison or Scarlet Rot. Found on a corpse hanging off the top of a column in the southeastern corner of the Lake of Rot.
COIL SHIELD: It's ash of war inflicts deadly poison instead of normal poison. It can prove itself useful when initiating fights. The Coil Shield is located on a body in Volcano Cave, northeast of the Ninth Mt. Gelmir Campsite Site of Grace in Mt. Gelmir.
Sidenote: A massive upgrade would be to get the SCAVENGER'S CURVED SWORD and then change the ash of war to the one you currently have to inflict bleed and poison build-up. To be able to equip this weapon you can get the PROSTHESIS-WEARER HEIRLOOM ( 5 dexterity). you can find this sword on a corpse near a Grafted Scion across a stone pillar-bridge north west of the First Mt. Gelmmir Campsite site of grace. And the talisman is given after finishing the sidequest given by Gowry in Caelid
Hope this helps!
Jmowdz08: Can’t wait for the DLC playthrough using this.
LindsayWilliams-j8x: Now would be a great time to start looking into the crafting books. Being able to craft aromatics, exalted flesh, and pickled turtle necks would be massive for a playthrough like this. Plus if you're crafting consumables, you can spend your runes on crafting materials so you won't feel like they're being wasted.
DorisLoy: I'm so glad youre doing this series dawg ahaha. idk if you wanna keep going with the bonk build but if you do end up exploring other options, i highly suggest powerstancing curved swords with cold and bleed infusions. radagon's soreseal is also a must through pretty much the entire playthrough.
NancySoo-y3h: Loving every second of this series, Jev, thanks! Oh and I used the ash of war “Frozen Mist” which is the same as your poison mist but with frostbite. It worked really well for me until late game, maybe see how you like it! If not no worries!
FranklinThe1: jev if you get the stargazer heirloom(str 5), use radagons sorseal(str 5), and use the Omensmirk Mask(Str 2) then you can wield the guts sword without activating any buffs. There's also a helmet in the DLC that gives 5 str
nozerc: That house of the dragon episode is one of my favourite episodes in both GoT and HOTD. Pure cinema
NancyHall-ve8nz: Always entertained by your content, it's awesome!
complexiti1: sometimes i stop and think, i’ve really watched this man since childhood conquering the games i couldn’t. he’s really like an older brother
RJSire: I still haven’t finished the base game once. Only bought it march this year, just beat Gideon and am currently on my way to the haligtree tree. Have got the grace before Loretta and my god knowing everyone else has done this shit is mental
mkniskernny: Yo Jev I would also recommend the kindred of rot exultation talisman. Grants a 20% damage boost when poison is in the area. Can be found in a cave towards volcano manor
clong1307: I LOVE JEV
