Being able to level up more alts will work out pretty well, since you will actually have stash space to store items now.

Imagine finding a group of ten other players in Helltide.... EACH having their own Helltide threat meter filled to different levels. As each player's threat meter fills up, enemies will spawn.... and killing said enemies will trigger the threat meters of other players, which will spawn more enemies.... which will trigger more meters of other players.... and on and on and on. Join up with another player to get the party-XP boost along with an Elixir and an Incense. Helltides are BY FAR the best place to level in Season 4 now.

I played a Barb from 1 to about 60 to see how the leveling would feel and having Helltides starting in T2 was huge. Leveling was super fast. I pretty much spent about 75% of my time in the helltide. Of course we will also have the seasonal questline to go through too and whatever the seasonal mechanic is so that should make for a pretty smooth leveling experience.
