maximus8940: I tried your PTR bone spirit build literally yesterday and couldn’t get my cooldown lower than like 4 seconds consistently… only lvl 80 but had everything up to there on paragon and don’t have the temper scroll for bone spirit cooldown reduction still.

This is like an end game end game build at lvl 100 huh?
