X1manwolfpackX: Great build as always but I'd suggest one change: Swap out Lightning Spear for Ice Blades and slot it in place of frozen orb then take the Shredding Blades aspect. It helps greatly with cooldowns, helps to keep vulnerable applied more consistently and Shredding Blades gives just as much damage in the form of multiplicative vulnerable damage as you get from Inner Calm without the need to stand still. The amount of ice blades you can get to spawn also means you can take conjuration mastery for more damage, movespeed and even more mana regen.
