DeathSlayer: Grinding skill points unlocking feats used to be fun until they started making time capsules now all you got to do is pay to win buying all the emblems auras materials accessories emotes gives you more skill points then the hard working players which takes the fun out of the game no wonder nobody helps each other anymore
BUDOKAI-fb5dx: This game has Endless Possibilities when it receives its full potential with a full relaunch. For now most of these systems are prototypes just like the UI update. And the overhauls are about cleaning old code so we don't go into a relaunch with old code making the process buggy and longer to pull off
HiHi-yk1mv: That’s why I don’t see why anyone is bragging about how many skill points they have.
mzbettyboop.: Although i agree that artifacts and allies have basically made skill points useless, they still matter. This game operates in phases. Right now it dont matter with the exception of support roles and pvp. But they change the meta constantly and they will realize that they can profit off making skilll points matter.
TheBmills415: SP is useless because it's not merchandise on MP. You can buy ally xp and nth xp.
When they literally start selling sp then sp will matter and they'll do a revamp most likely
Lastprincezero: I LOVE HELPING PEOPLE I'm not max level I'm 396 but I still help new people because it's fun
salazar20092009: Dps don't need much skill points , might or precision. Support roles how ever having high skill points is nice, very helpful. For example tanks need dominance, health, power. Fire tanks resto, crits. So for support roles high skill points matter.
JamesSmith-nu2kl: I remember when this game came out and skills points were all that mattered and those days this game was so freaking good... it's completely garbage now
iZargon7: Stats clamp killed SP. That's all I'm gonna say.
BUDOKAI-fb5dx: I strongly believe that the there are 2 stages of the skill tree the first stage is maxing out ur main role which costs 600sp. You will feel the next stage of the progress with skill points at 1200sp. The way stat revamp works and how it taxes ur base stats you'll feel progression every 600sp. Not to worry because they will more than likely Implement a new system for campaign mode. You'll have a progression bar and be able to spend a 1 star 2 star or 3 star token on any feat you don't have done.
They have always talked about another way of players gaining skill points they do not have or have a hard time earning.
It's all in the process of keeping the player base a lot more active since eg7 called DC Universe fragile and casual and failed to receive an investment and upgrade
emoney181: Skill points, from feats, are the main drive to play the game. Without feats, what would you even play the game for?!? Just to play the same run over and over to be number one on a scoreboard in a team scenario?!?
And as others mentioned, skill points for a DPS is far different than skill points for a support....and even moreso for a hybrid(battle) setup. Try playing something other than DPS.
Skill points will always be the metric of accomplishment. It's not always about power level. I also disagree with your comparison to characters with high sp and low arts vs a character with low sp and high arts. I have nearly 800sp on my main, and alts ranging 200sp to 600sp, there is a HUGE difference.
jriron1: This makes no sense, It was never so important as other things but is useful, not useless.... the are things that look like no one complains, like the stopping us from selling and buying nth metal in the broker, making it even more difficult to farm artifacts to the maximum.
armandolios69: Old players won’t help you cuz they are done with everything why repeating over and over something where you spend so much hours on it I know allies and artifacts has screwed everything and it’s all about money in this game, you have to spent money if you wanna compete or don’t bother at all… but you right SP don’t matter as much anymore … tx
jet5059: I mean full arts are more important but a 800sp player with full arts you notice the difference
shinobi6714: Skill points don’t matter for dps, it makes a big difference in support roles. Also i noticed with xbox on ps server there’s a big difference in the community. I can queue something on ps and get into an instance in like 2-3mins. On xbox i have to wait like an hour or two just for it to be declined
300Gameplays: we only need 450-500 sp more than that is optional xD ill stop farming like when i get 500 , im returning player with new acc so i have to even tho i dont want to xD! nice vid!
jingown2606: Bak when all we had were batcave, fos, and khan raid skill points actually were useful, i think the max was 100sp u could get
Morkuza: The title alone was the worst take I have ever lay my eyes on
poloallthat: I ask for help literally the other day and 10 ppl be you not told me when up omi and grind it out
vvsvarshira: "Skill points are useless!" "PvP is completely finished!" "DC is DONE" "DC messed up again" "Why there will be NO more NEW PLAYERS" Shut uppppp man we know. Dc has been dying for years.
chrismoloko: are. grammar bruh.
dphill96: No, you are totally missing out the issue. The issue is the game scales to the average of the lowest person, that's why the person with the overall lowest SP, gear, allies, arts, is iverall top DPS.
It's not allies.
It's not gear.
It's not artifacts.
It's not skillpoints.
It's the way the game is programmed to help lower players.
chesterbowles7950: Ha...the last time I played this game, OceanMaster was new content. How long ago was that? Ps3 days, before new powers dropped. (Cosmic / Quantum) Yeah...long time ago.
scenicroute6981: Dude, what you should do is tell ppl Why they should grind sp they are very useful, if all my dps criticals maxed in sp and I have max arts,, no one with 150sp, maxed arts, sidekick or mother box gonna out dps me. Not only that, Roles (Tanks, Healers, & Trolls) actually need more Sp. I wish you guys would stop having this debate, they already can't get through E-ish
