amusedjester: I suspect they may have come across an issue with accounts that have locked characters after unsubscribing. If you unsub, it gives you choice initially on which toons you want to activate and will lock the rest of any toons above the initial 16 and any slots you purchased. Even if they give you a free slot, did they consider to write the code to "bypass" that choice to make a new character? Or will that free slot act as if you purchased a new one and simply give you a choice to unlock one of your locked toons.

This is also assuming that they took into account that there are players who have maxed out their 36 slots and that they really did add a 37th slot.

WhyAsk-Ho: The event needs to be for any character under LVL 30. People have full character slots with 1 - 20 low level characters. Don’t make people delete any progress or chroma packs. It should be any character under level 30.
