Unless they can bring new folks in I don’t see the game lasting much longer. I think there recent balance changes have actually been solid you can tell they are testing new stuff with their small amount of people still playing end of wipe.

However ever time they test a new change people just complain complain complain. Like holy shit I thinks it’s because the vets just played this game too long and they lowkey are sick of it.

I hope they can get new people into the game who will love and appreciate it but they’ll need to make it easier for new people to get into first

Every class is weak to something. Yet everyone complains about that weakness as if it is a question of unbalance.

Need proof? Just read and see, everyone agrees that the game is unbalanced, yet nobody agrees what class is the cause of it. Rogues hate barbs, barbs hate fighters, fighters hate wizards, wizards hate rangers, rangers hate druids, etc...

Every patch is just met with hate, meanwhile the game is the most balanced and fun it ever was.

JessicaJesibiel: in defense of Smite, considering mpb is now harder to get, its a fair thing to do, you also have to remember that building true magic for stuff like smite div prot is less useful because true mag is only active during smite while true phys is always active, overall true phys will still be better but at least smite can benefit from the little mpb we can now get, if that makes sense.

PicoriElder: I give a shit about the hydra changes! Removing the dark/evil magic resistance means that hyrda lifedrain is back in a somewhat usable state again, even if it still can't compare to torture mastery.

It is my personal proffered style over torture mastery even if it is just drastically worse.

notmychannelname42: The weapon mastery change is pointless. It will never fix the issue they want to address. What they should do instead is make it to where if you have weapon mastery you can block and parry with all weapons that your class can use instead of it allowing you to use any weapon. How does getting a negative penalty to using weapons make you a weapon master? The name of the perk contradicts itself.
