ThatCreepyReading: I understand how hard it is to call out people in your own community especially as a creator. Thanks for doing your best and sharing, I hope he responds.
deerclops8184: Dark and darker needs a full match replay feature so you can watch a full game of someone you think is cheating
st0neofthebone: "If that's not aimbotting, I don't know what aimbotting is" Brother, I hate to tell you this, but you don't know what an aimbot looks like.
sushorts5845: ok the panther franny clipping to chicken is wild...
Husband_of_Karen: I don't need to see your video to know Dimo is a fishy guy. The way he laughs, the way he comments on things and behaves in the dungeon.... all that screams to me - "don't trust him".
battlesreign: He’s insanely cringe. Everything from his videos to his discord account, not suprised at all if he’s outed as a exploiter
jordanjenkins3490: It’s distasteful to accuse of cheating with the worse evidence imaginable. Especially if you edit the video in a way to exaggerate your claims. You were simply outplayed
shelteringyou: bro has no game sense and calls out cheaters hell nah fam
DokjaTTV: All you can do, is send it to Ironmace themselves and have then judge it.
GeneBene: This is so pathetic to try and exploit a good player, Dimo, for being good at the game. Taking advantage to gain some clout/views because you got rolled by Dimo, someone who has 100x the hours in playtime.
Bro has played this game since day 1 and has very good game sense along with the mechanics of Dark and Darker. He as insane amount of videos to prove his integrity and show how he knows the current meta(s) and how to make the most of every class; knows the game inside and out.
Take things with a grain of salt before jumping on the bandwagon because you cant cope with the reality of a situation.
Skulzz_gamer: Genuinely shattered my fucking trust in Dimo man
WorkRyan: This is just funny too me, anyone who thinks there is a single clip of hard evidence in here is just bad at games. Even if you're right, this video is disgusting and predatory when the DnD devs are available and you've been sitting on this for months and did not try to get confirmation from anyone who actually knows what they're talking about.
frankt4971: Okay after watching the whole thing, I think this is really weak evidence. The hidden rogue had the torch off in the MOST popular pvp room in the game. I know that room better than any other room. Alarm bells would be ringing for me if I went into that room and saw a dimmed torch. He rounded the corner in the same way I would have if I suspected someone was hiding there.
The aimbot evidence is really weak. The snapping isn't consistent with any aimbot I've ever seen. I have 10k hours playing FPS games, and have run into them many times. This doesn't look at all like aimbot. Nothing about the kris fight suggests aimbot either, given how close they were in combat. The last second adjustments during the animation seem normal to me. None of the francisca axes throws were weird, I'm not sure why you added those.
All said, none of this evidence was convincing to me. Pretty shitty to make a video like this with such weak proof.
Atrocitylol69: You can't accuse people of cheating just because you're bad.
Shadowmech88: Devil's advocate specifically for the first instance with the rogue: Turned-off light sources can be suspicious. I know that torches and such have a random chance to not be lit, but it's uncommon, so for me personally a dark spot always smells like player activity. It's hard to see how visible the darkness to the side of the door was, but the turned-off lantern on the side of the elevator was clearly visible even before going through the door.
kite3776: bro the first clip is reaching so much, hes following a trail and he sees the lights are off. in what world would he just run straight into the dark
fitzwits: Hey bro, I told the developers and sent them more evidence. The discord is now talking about it in 3 channels. I have shared your video as well so this might be the beginning to the end of dimo.
PoipleBabby: Dimo is a cheater, I know of a spot in GC that is pitch black, elevated above a corridor, I have killed so many well-known players from dropping down on them there, except for Dimo. He came down the hall and instantly knew I was there. I have gotten 50 kills from this spot, and Dimo is quite literally the only player I've encountered who could see me there. He's a cheater.
Skulzz_gamer: The main thing I always noticed is how he just never fucking misses with daggers. I try a lot of the builds he makes but I always struggle with the dagger ones the most. And O K I get that he’s like a full time player and I’m not that good but the way he hits certain dagger engagements especially the “pokey” once like stiletto or rondel dagger
DungeonRings: The thumbnail text is so clever
tombofthememelich2192: This is brave of WilsonsGame. He knew very well the backlash he is going to get for this video, but posted it anyway. It shows good character.
bradquackson: Summary:
Shots 1-5: Clearly missed.
Shots 6-9: Missed due to recoil (bad spray control).
Shots 10-11: Very close, but recoil and inaccuracy make these reasonable misses.
Shot 12: Likely didn't actually fire because he was already dead.
TLDR: Really weird 180 with the fransica, really weird looking through walls, the rogue clip was legit because those wall lights don't spawn off.
GunbatsuShowdown: If dimo isnt cheating I hope you take full accountability.
SoraxTTV: wait the REAL DIMO?
EllaAndConor: Shame on you Wilsonsgame
I watch both Wilson's and Dimo's content. The only clip in this video that is sus to me is the Francisca Axe lock on the druid when he transforms to cat. To break down each example further....
jimjimson6208: I've only watched like 2 of his videos because I find the egregious clickbait annoying and the actual content of the videos boring lol, but some of his map reads definitely came off as supernatural imo. The editing makes it hard to tell and I thought maybe he was just megamind, but seeing the uncut footage makes it look 10x more sus.
DidzYT: I am new to DnD and I asked my friend only last week if he thought Dimo was a cheater. I had watched a few of his video and he often without any info went into a room like ohh I feel like there could be a rogue in this room. Guess what.. there always was. I don't watch his live streams so unless he's saying that everytime he goes into a room he's sus af.
urbangent253: The only thing possibly Sus in this Video was the Franny axe on the elevator with the player behind pillar, Other than that nothing else seems out of the ordinary. Dimo plays on High sense and has good aim with kris which isn't hard to do. The sitting next to door as rogue as he double checks, can clearly be a precautionary measure as the torch is turned off on that side and not on the other.
Eknowles08: You should have taken this to the devs before doing this. Shitty thing to do if they are cheating or not
Juuhjooh: Ive only died once to dimo, and that was after he chased me thru the whole map and on the last module he hit me with 3 frannies, i dodged like 5 with crazy unpredictable ad/hd movement, and he got me with the last franny when i was legit 1inch from extracting.
syxtyniner69: well if he is proven by iron mace to not be cheating your a piece of work and should just get better at the game
jacksonbauer4900: It's crazy how you can be so bad at the game and tired of getting rolled by good players that you have to falsely accuse top of the line players that, mind you have been playing the game since it's release. It actually baffles me that this is how you have to milk the community for views by making false accusations, trying to start drama, and damaging Dimo's community that he built for himself. It's also insane to me that you watched through hours upon hours of footage just to take certain clips out of context that you think were suspicious when in reality, he's just one of the best solo players in the game and has better game sense, aim, and overall ability than you could ever dream of
strep50: Wilson you purposely took important context during the fight where dimo was tucked behind the wall dimo included it in his response video also you can hear the audio where the rogue is stealthed in the corner he walks towards dimo thats when he panicked and jumped
BigDan12: Its funny this is the same cycle that EFT had, at first there is a bunch of streamers that become "pro" and then the perceptive people realize, " hey these guys are playing pretty sus " then all the fanboys come out with the "git gud" "you suck" "skill issues" and we'll eventually end up in the same place "This game is full of cheaters, devs fix it now!" Its sad that this is what modern gaming has become...
Pixx_-: Look into people who take way too much damage and don't die.
nomak7932: Wilson i love your stuff but this sets a dangerous precedent. In my opinion - you shouldnt make these kind of accusations without 100% certainty, which based on the evidence provided does not meet that threshold. You can impact someones life pretty severely as a content creator. I have seen other content creators struggle with this same situation but ultimately determine that they couldn't meet the burden of proof. Even if you think they are cheating 95%, there's still a chance it's not. I think you underestimate how damaging this type of accusation can be, and you should reconsider doing this in the future.
ingentiss: i've watched a few of your videos and agreed with some of your cheater accusations but, your aimbot hackusations are actually just cope. as someone who plays a lot of fps games at high rank it just seems natural to me, many people have different "aiming styles" and it becomes more apparent the more excited someone gets and dark and darker is definitely a game that gets your blood pumping. that's why his aiming seems so "side to side" and jittery.
i've watched dimo for a while and he's not even one of the better content creators mechanically. compared to players like vincent, repoze, frwog, his mechanics aren't even that good, still good but not the best.
if you already have a preconceived notion that he's a cheater in your head then you will only look at things through a negative lens of "this guy is cheating", i think a lot of your sus gameplay takes are like this. i don't think he's very sus at all, sure he gets some good or convenient kills but he is the most slow-paced and cautious gamers i've seen in this game, he's only going to do things that put him at a massive advantage for a win.
the first clip where he is hesitant to walk in the door to the middle room isn't cause he knew the rogue was there, it's cause upon entering middle room the first thing you're gonna do is scan for people, it's a hot spot. also you don't wanna be seen first when you're playing rogue, it puts you at a disadvantage.
also the "looking at a wall and seeing a barb a couple modules over" is definitely just him readjusting his mouse or something, there would be more examples of this if that weren't the case. and the sus commentary is probably just due to the fact that some of his clips are voiceovers so he already knows what's going to happen.
he also is a serial inspector pre-game lobby, that's how he knows the players aren't geared or not. and after a while you're able to determine about how many hits someone is going to be able to take just by feeling it out, because most classes have about the same pdr and health, not much variation
not to mention he almost only plays goblin caves and has all the spawns and routes mapped out of where most players are and where most players go, all the hot spots and rotations that players make. it's not that difficult to do with a lot of time played.
also in his videos he often spares the non-geared players and runs around looking for the geared ones, he probably doesn't even like to show himself killing the non-geared players when he does 'cause it's not a good look / not entertaining to watch.
i'm not even a huge dimo fan and would never want to defend someone who i believed to be cheating or suspicious in any way, but genuinely none of this evidence is incriminating in my opinion.
edit: i made this comment before i watched the dimo response
JamesAngelTV: This video is the biggest clip bait BS ive seem in 2024.
DavidDeFrain: I called out Noskillbruv and Dytch, I have receipts of ban notifications for their accounts. Their friends like glocktane and luffy died on the hill of them being good at the game and not cheating before they got caught. You can’t always trust other content creators to be honest and truthful when it comes to accusing their friends / teammates of exploits.
EC_Aquatic5: I always said man how does he always know what everyone is wearing he must of had one hell of a long wait time in queue to be able to inspect everyone. Also said to myself holy how does he hear this people I have a decent headset and I never do. I figured a streamer would have been banned by now if he was cheating so I just ignored what I thought. Thanks for bringing this to light.
DownBadDan: Starts the video off by complaining that he didn’t mention him like a jaded ex girlfriend, then provides a bunch of clips of completely normal high level gameplay (cut to be out of context at that)… weird dude. Find a different way to get views. Any veteran player can tell he isn’t cheating. You’re view farming new players that don’t understand the nuances of the game and it’s sad.
misterdrprof: Bro is NOT cooking
aidendepaul482: Dimo sucks at certain PvP things- like dodging and spacing. I've never seen anyone with such good game sense who is that bad at these things PvP. Super sus
Impressive__: Stream closet cheating is a racket. Modern gaming sucks
kuokl5626: WTF??? Dimo??
