kratosdertoten4035: Also to make the sorcerer change even more toxic; instacast is back but the spell cooldowns are still decreased, and it is still at 3x multiplier instead of 4x. So Sorcerer is genuinely just straight up much stronger than it was 2 patches ago.

xd_cyrus8350: As someone that played lots of sorc I actually liked the cast time being 75%, I think insta cast is shit for the game and I also didn't have to play on west (my native region) and fight nobody just so I can properly cast spells because of the slight casting delay on ping

franciscopetrucci: About the SORC change: Let´s be honest, 75% cast time reduction was basically instacast anyway, the only difference is that instead of just clicking mouse button once, you had to click, hold it for a microsecond, and then let go. It didnt change much about how fast the spell came out, it just made the controls awkward and non-intuitive.
