1 move speed is 0.333% MS

so 5 move speed is 1.666% MS (higher than 1.5% bonus)

FalchionEdge: I agree with the perks. Personally I'd swap cut throat for weakpoint since you don't have thrust. In solos all we do is fight tanky barbs/clerics/fighters. I do think weakpoint is trash compared to thrust, but it's the only choice here.
